We also encourage you to share your thoughts on the features and projects we’re working on by leaving a comment directly on the cards. Your feedback is valuable to the teams in charge of the development and creation of new products.

Our product teams don’t respond to every request received, but they study them closely and will certainly contact you if they need any additional information.

Will my idea be added to the roadmap?

We examine all the ideas submitted by our product team. They are carefully analyzed, classified, and grouped to help us create new features and plan our roadmap. We receive a high volume of suggestions and therefore have to set priorities when planning new features, so your suggestions may not appear on the roadmap overnight.

Will I receive a response to my idea or my vote?

While we closely examine each idea and comment we receive, our product team can’t send out individual responses. However, if we need clarification or more in-depth information about your idea, we may contact you to discuss it further.

How do you prioritize features to develop?

We receive many requests for new products, features, and improvements to our current solutions. Some requests are easy to fulfill and are rolled out quickly, while others take a long time to develop and require us to establish priorities based on several criteria:

  • the number of use cases among our clients;
  • the complexity and cost of development;
  • consistency with our product vision and our commitments;
  • alignment with Lucca’s overall strategy.

What is the Ideas tab?

The “Ideas” tab is where our teams consider new avenues for improving the user experience for our solutions. We ask for your input to better understand your needs and uses, and collect information to help us build a new feature or improve our products.

What is the Upcoming tab?

The “Upcoming” tab lays out the major features that are planned and prioritized in our roadmap. This means that our product team is developing these features and they will be available in the next few months.

What is the Available tab?

In the “Available” tab, you can explore the major features that have recently been released. For clarity, we only display the most recent features. If you’d like to see all of our product news, you can take a look at our news feed.

How do I submit an idea?

Click on the “Submit Idea” button to share your suggestion with us. Feel free to give us as much context as possible to help our teams better understand your needs when reading your idea. If you would like to comment on a feature already available in the roadmap, just open the corresponding card and enter your comments in the dedicated section at the bottom of the page.

Can I report bugs and issues with the product here?

No, this space is not a help desk, so bugs and setup issues won’t receive a response. If you have a technical problem, please contact the Lucca help desk via the form provided here. Our team of consultants will quickly get to work on your request to help you find a resolution.
